Topic keyboards don't activate

I am using Keyman version 6, on a Toshiba laptop with Windows XP Pro. I find that I cannot switch on the keyboards I have installed via the icon on the task bar, and I always get the 'no keyman keyboard' default. Any ideas?

You are probably experiencing a conflict with another application on your system.

You should try updating to the latest version of Keyman (version 6.2) as this version includes conflict detection and correction.
