How do license holders of Keyman 6 and Keyman Developer 6 claim their free upgrade to Keyman 7 as stated in the old news section of the Tavultesoft website?

In 2004 we had hoped to be able to offer this upgrade for free. The cost of development and the breadth of new features that we have introduced has made this impossible. We have kept our upgrade prices down as low as possible - it is only $19 to upgrade from Keyman Standard 6.2 to Keyman Desktop Light 7.0 and $25 to Keyman Desktop Professional 7.0.
