When I'm typing Greek in Word, Word automatically switches to a different font thats a bit harder to read. I can reset it to Times New Roman, but any letter with an accent still appears in the alternate font. Is there any way I can get Word to display these letters in Times New Roman as well?
Thanks much.

Marc Durdin Tavultesoft Staff | Unfortunately, the Times New Roman font does not include some of the Greek diacritics and so Word tries to be helpful by switching to a font that does support them. I believe Gentium supports all the Greek diacritics and it is easy to read even at small sizes. Gentium can be downloaded from http://scripts.sil.org/gentium_download |

Amaryllis | Times New Roman in Vista includes greek polytonic characters.
Both Win/XP & Vista also have Tahoma with polytonic greek characters. Finally all Windows systems after Win/2000 have Palatino Linotype with polytonic characters implemented. Using any of the above in Word solves your problem. |
