Hello.
I recently purchased Keyman Light 7.1, and installed it fine. When I try and run the program, the keyman window opens fine, but there is no response to button clicks when I am trying to activate, evaluate, or even exit. I also cannot install new keyboards (by running their .kmn file) This computer runs Windows 7 64-bit. Thank you in advance for your support,

Can you send us a diagnostic report? We haven't heard of the buttons in the start up screen not working before! Keyman 7.1 should run fine in Windows 7 x64, except that it doesn't support x64 applications -- Keyman 8, in beta now, will add support for x64 applications. To send a diagnostic report, follow the instructions as http://www.tavultesoft.com/kb?id=40. You may need to run the separately downloadable tsysinfo.exe from the knowledge base article if you are unable to use Keyman Configuration. |
