I'm trying to get keyman going. My goal is to learn the IPA characters and system.
In the documentation I saw the current version requires Word 2002; I'm using Word 2000 with XP/ P4. A very nice person at [email protected] suggested I ask about the availability of an earlier version. I really do not have any need to upgrade my Word other than for this ap. Do you have any ideas how I can get going with the home edition using Word 2000?

Keyman works fine with Word 2000 in Windows XP. Kind Regards, Marc Durdin Tavultesoft Pty Ltd |

mcdurdin Tavultesoft Staff | If you want to use the "Text Services Framework" addin, you would require Word 2002 or later (the Text Services Framework was introduced with Word 2002). However, this is not required for any of the standard functionality in Keyman.
