Topic Error 12031 at activation

A keymangreek user is trying to install keymangreek on a new computer using an activation code already used on two other computers.
He gets the following message:
HttpsendRequestEx failed error=12031
Any idea why this is so?

This issue can arise if the user has a firewall that blocks the Keymangreek software from contacting the activation server, or if a proxy server is configured on the network. The firewall software should be configured to allow the Keymangreek software (specifically kmshell.exe, or Keyman [Greek] Configuration) to access the Internet.
