Topic Strange Behavior on Keyman Desktop 9 Pro

Dear Support Team,
I was able to install keyman 8 on one machine but when I try to upgrade it to keyman 9 Pro the following error appeared.
I am happy to send you screen shots if you need additional information.

It's not entirely clear to us what has caused this error. Does it occur each time you try and start Keyman 9 after the upgrade? If so, can you send us a diagnostic report following the steps at http://help.keyman.com/kb/40?

This was a little bit Urgent when I post this topic,So I reimaged the problematic computer and now it's working.
