Topic Language Bar does not show Tavultesoft Keyman as input method

My operating system is Windows XP Pro with SP1.

I had already installed the new Charis and Doulos fonts from SIL. I installed Keyman Home Edition 6.2, the SIL IPA 1.0.6 keyboard, and the PinYin keyboard. I wanted to activate the SIL IPA keyboard in a Word 2003 document. So I started by changing all the characters in a Word document to the Charis font.

Then I went to add the keyboards to the Language Bar. I went to the window for setting Text Services and Input Languages. (See image below.) I chose a language: English (New Zealand). I clicked on Keyboard. I clicked Add.

The Add Input Language dialogue window opened. I set the Input language to English (New Zealand).

Then I clicked the drop-down arrow to select a Keyboard Layout/IME. The list that opened had both IPA Unicode 1.0.6 and Pinyin on it, but no sign of either Tavultesoft Keyman or Keyman. So I added the two keyboards that were there.

Then I clicked in the Word document. I restored the Language Bar and clicked on the keyboard icon.

But the only choice of keyboard that appeared was the original US keyboard. No sign of Tavultesoft Keyman, IPA Unicode 1.0.6, or Pinyin. There were two additional spaces on the drop-down list, but no texts to identify them.

I do not know how to proceed further. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do?

I seem to have solved this conundrum myself.

Apparently switching the keyboard through the Language Bar will not work with the Home Edition, because the H.E. does not include the add-in for the Text Services Framework.

After I rebooted Windows, the Language Bar did show the labels for the two keyboards IPA Unicode 1.0.6 and Pinyin. I could not switch to them by using the Language Bar. However, I could switch to them either by using the hotkeys or by clicking on the Keyman icon in the taskbar.
