"Always elevate user permissions when running in Windows Vista" option is missing from Keyman Desktop 7.0.239.0 and later

This option was determined to be unnecessary for the majority of users and has been removed from 7.0.239.0 and later versions. If the option is still set, you will need to edit the registry to change it. Instructions for doing this are provided in KB article KMKB0027
