A friend has asked me about this. He used to be able to put a "dot" under a letter (I think by hitting "Alt + ." and then typing the letter. Now he just gets 3 dots?
Anyone have an idea what has happened to his setup?

Also, if your friend can send us a diagnostic report (http://tavultesoft.com/kb?id=40) that would help us to understand what could be causing this change in behaviour - there are many potential factors, e.g. other keyboard manager applications, different keyboard layouts, shortcuts in Word.
