Keyman Developer says there is an update, but when I attempt to update, after downloading the file, Windows says "Failed to install keymandeveloper90.msi [1603] Fatal error during installation."
What should I do?

The error message doesn't give us enough information to trace the cause of the problem, unfortunately. The easiest way to resolve this is usually to uninstall Keyman Developer 9 and reinstall the new version from http://tavultesoft.com/beta/. If this doesn't resolve the problem let us know and we can dig deeper. |
