A request to enhance the Find & Replace request.
I would request that if the Find function is used to find a particular string, then if the Find & Replace function is then used the Find what box be populated with the original string.
For example: If I search for "Fred", then open the Find & Replace dialog box the 'Find what' field has the string "Fred" already in it. This is most useful when creating complex Find & Replace strings; by building up a search string in the Find function first.
